What do you like about Europe?
First of all, thanks for this honour. What I like about Europe is its multi-culture aspect and the dream that we can work together for a better future.

What did your country gave to Europe (music, literature, theatre, politics…)?
Catalonia gave to humanity several artists like Pau Casals, Antoni Gaudí, Salvador Dalí; doctors like Dr. Trueta, Dr. Puigvert or Dr. Barraquer and humanitarian citizens like Vicent Ferrer.

What did Europe gave to your country (generals, kings and queens, artists, concepts…)?
Europe give to Catalonia an open mind, democracy and freedom.

In result of your time at JCI: What did you love about JCI?
JCI is a school where you learn as much as you want. As much as you participate and you collaborate, much knowledge you receive. And it is also a great place to meet people around the world with the same feelings and values.

What do you love about the Senate?
I think that being honoured as a senator is the opportunity to return to JCI the experience and knowledge received from it.

What is your vision for Europe in 2044, the 75th anniversary of the European Senate?
I hope that the relation between juniors and senators will be stronger and that we can work together to impact more on our societies.

What is the action you take to make that vision happen?
I try to be close to JCI Barcelona juniors, trying to help them when they need my experience or support, because that is what I understand to be a JCI senator.
